Delivery & Self Collection Information

SELF COLLECTION (SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)

LOCAL DELIVERY

All items will be sent out via courier or Singpost registered mail.

Once you have placed an order with us, order will be processed within 2 working days and thereafter despatched within 5 working days.

Your order will be expected to reach you within 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We do not provide express delivery services.

Please provide us with a working email address as correspondences will be done solely via email.

Please provide us with a valid mobile contact number to faciliate delivery (required by courier companies)

Local deliveries are charged based on its volumetric weight.

11 - 13kg	$17
13 - 15kg	$19

20kg and above	$25 onwards

Tracking number will be issued upon request.

Maximum of TWO delivery attempts will be made. An additional delivery charge will apply for the 3rd and subsequent delivery attempts.

$10 entry fee is also required for delivery into Sentosa. No delivery to Jurong Island, military camps and other sensitive areas.

You are responsible for informing us the correct address and contact number. We are unable to commit to a specific delivery timeslot. Any request will be made known to the courier company and it will be up to them to manage.

If you have not received your order after the timeframe, please contact us at littleredcarshop@gmail.com together with your order number. We will get back to you within 3-5 working days

A full refund will be given if items are not received after 14 working days.

If the items are found to be defective upon delivery, please fill in the return form on our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
